The Foxes shot themselves in the foot yet again with an insipid display at the King Power Stadium that was made all the worse by a comical goal for Swansea City. The visitors they took all three points, a result that looks to be the death knell for Leicester's hopes of staying in the Championship.

The ridiculousness of Leicester City’s season continues as Swansea City put another nail in the coffin, with the Foxes hurtling towards relegation to League One for only the second time in their history.

The damage was very much self-inflicted once again at the King Power Stadium on Saturday, as Zan Vipotnik’s goal was gifted to the Swans by an almost laughable passage of play that saw the Foxes go from attack mode to disaster in less than five seconds.

The result left Foxes fans hoping for help elsewhere, but they were left crestfallen as Oxford secured victory and a late Portsmouth winner at promotion-chasing Middlesbrough pretty much sealed the club’s fate.
