Leicester City remain rooted to the bottom of the Barclays WSL table with just five games to play after losing to Aston Villa at the King Power Stadium on Sunday.
City went into the game knowing a win would lift them up to 11th in the table after fellow strugglers West Ham were thrashed 5-0.
Being 1-0 up at half time was somewhat of a novelty for the Foxes, who have now scored nine goals in 16 league matches.
But two second-half goals for the Villans saw them secure the three points and lift themselves up to eighth, level on 20 points with London City Lionesses and Everton above them.
