The Foxes remain unbeaten under Gary Rowett after a 1-1 draw with high flying Middlesbrough in the Championship in a display that has encouraged a distinct feeling of optimism for the Blue Army.

It was the Foxes that took an early lead through Caleb Okoli, who nodded a Divine Mukasa free-kick into the back of the net. Okoli then went from hero to villain on the stroke of half-time as he needlessly gave the ball away deep in his own half, allowing the home side to take advantage and draw level through Riley McGree.

A sign of the progress they are making under Rowett, Leicester continued to battle in the second half and could have taken all three points, though the result was a fair reflection of the match, ensuring that the Foxes kept in touch of the teams above them in the relegation scrap.
