Leicester City are on the brink of relegation to League One after a disastrous defeat at Fratton Park, but for most City fans, last week's home defeat to Swansea was the real death blow to City’s survival chances.

This game was the club's own version of The Simpsons ‘Stop Stop He’s Already Dead’ meme. A 90 minute example of everything that is wrong with the football club with emotions spilling over and an ugliness which could escalate further in the remaining games.

The only goal of the game that all but condemned the Foxes to League One football next season came from another set-piece, as Ibane Bowat bundled the ball into the net after the visitors failed to clear, groundhog day yet again seeing Leicester fail to muster any points on the south coast.
