Six senior Leicester players are currently away on international duty as qualification for the 2027 World Cup gets underway across many continents.

Whilst most of the City squad will be working hard at Belvoir Drive, ready for the end of season run-in with WSL survival at stake, here’s how those who are representing their national teams have been getting on.

Hannah Cain was on target for Wales in their 2-2 draw with Czech Republic. Cain, earning her 23rd cap, led the Welsh attack and drew her side level at 1-1 after 30 minutes.
