As Leicester City Women prepare to welcome Ipswich Town to the King Power Stadium on Sunday afternoon, boss Rick Passmoor has a couple of selection headaches to contend with.

City’s squad has been further stretched by the news that skipper Sam Tierney suffered an ACL injury in the 4-2 home win against Durham on Sunday, whilst Celeste Boureille is also a long-term absentee, and Emma Jansson and Olivia McLoughlin are not expected to be fit until the middle of October.

Perhaps one of the most interesting areas of the field is in goal, with both goalkeepers pushing each other for a starting berth, but both are carrying knocks into this weekend.
